| ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER
Born in San Antonio, Texas, Alissa Hollimon discovered
photography at a very young age. She has pursued her passion
culminating to the creation of her photography business,
Hollimon Photography.
During college Alissa was photo editor of her school paper
that was distributed to 45,000 readers daily. She also interned
for freelance photographer John Harrington in Washington
D.C. She gained valuable experience from the paper as well
as Harrington. Currently Alissa spends alot of her time
working for the NBA.
She also works for Zachry Group working on their many projects
and publications.
Although Alissa works on all types of photography projects,
her true love
is humanitarian photography. Alissa works with various aid
and non profit organizations all over the globe. Her images
portray intense emotion and sometimes the awful truth about
the conditions throughout the world. She passionately believes
that education is the only way to end poverty and human
suffering. Part of Hollimon Photography’s income is
given back to the organizations that Alissa volunteers her
time and skill to. For

She frequently escapes to her family ranch in South Texas

also be found on her road bike.
Alissa is an energetic hard worker and takes the extra
step to make her client happy. She is not satisfied until
the client is. Working with Hollimon Photography is always
